We are still in awe of the sheer scale of this commercial office building consisting of a 2-storey office superstructure, designed, manufactured and installed by POINT1 Building Systems in conjunction with principle contractor, J Harvey Ltd. (www.harv.co.uk) 

Our images show the stunning first floor vaulted ceilings during the construction phase - creating luxurious and spacious offices.

Another shot taken at Ground floor - looks up at a sea of posi joists forming the upper floor.  The external walls were constructed using Kingspan TEK Structural Insulated Panel System (SIPS), which forms a high performance, thermal wall and roof envelope. 

Once the SIPs kit was delivered, the shell of this office structure, was erected far quicker than with traditional construction methods, saving our clients time and resources.
